Love Ewe Baby Final Thoughts

Image
Here's my finished Love Ewe Baby on the blocking mats/floor.  I really love how this shawl turned out.  It was so much fun to knit.  And it's even more fun to wear.  It's my go to shawl whenever I'm wearing pink.  I do wish my colors used in the brioche section had more contrast.  That's the only change I'd make when choosing colors.  More contrast!!!

LOVE EWE BABY I'm so excited to be knitting the Love Ewe Baby shawl designed by Susanne Sommer for the Do Ewe Knit Summer KAL 2017.  I unfortunately do not live anywhere near the shop and therefore bought my yarn locally.  I am using all Hedgehog Fibres sock yarn.  I did frog my first attempt.  The stitches were just too open.  I decided to go down a needle size.  I am loving how it's knitting up so far. I'm not really sure which side is the right side right now.  I'll look at it more closely later and figure it out.  I do have one error that I'm planning at this point to leave.  It is towards the edge and I'm hoping it won't be too noticeable in the finished piece.  And if it is, it'll make it unique.
